The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?

Our manufacturing site has an annual production capacity of approximately 125 million pieces so we rarely go out of stock.

We offer delivery to all regions of the United Arab Emirates.

Do you offer international delivery?

We are in the process of expanding our logistics solutions and would soon be offering deliveries outside UAE. We will keep you posted.

How can I track my order?

Your order will be delivered by the expected date specified on your order. The expected delivery date is the date on or before which you can reasonably expect the item to arrive at your preferred shipping address.

To track your order:

  • On the Home Page, click ‘Track Your Order’ on the top menu.
  • Enter your Order ID found in your order confirmation email.
  • Enter your Billing Email which you used during checkout.
  • Click ‘Track’.

When will I receive my order?

Your item will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

What are your charges for delivery?

We offer free delivery in the UAE on all orders above AED 99.

For orders below AED 99, we charge a standard shipping fee of AED 20.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards: We accept Visa & MasterCard credit cards. Your card details will be secured by industry-standard encryption methods. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. No hidden fees applicable on online orders.

Cash on Delivery: For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method.

Is VAT included in your prices?

A Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax that is introduced by the government. The VAT is applicable to both individuals and businesses, and is imposed on most goods and services that are bought and sold.

5% VAT will added & charged on all products.

Which currency will the payment be made in?

Purchases and shipping costs are charged in the official currency of the shipping destination.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I exchange my product?

You can log in to your account.

Navigate to My Orders.

Click on Return Item.

Once the items have been collected by our courier service and reach our facility, we will ship out your exchange items within 3 working days.

Rules and Conditions for Exchanges:

1. Exchange can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
3. It should also be in the same brand box you received.

What is the return notice period?

You can request for a return within 7 days upon receipt of the order.

Can I get a refund on my order?

Currently we only offer refunds on prepaid & credit card payments.

Refund is not applicable on Cash on Delivery orders.

If the product you receive is damaged, defective, counterfeit or not as described on the website, subject to return of the affected product to us within 7 days of its delivery and satisfaction of our assessment and validation process, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the price paid for the product, along with any shipping fees applied.

If you paid for your order via a credit / debit card, you can return your items  and also ask for a refund back to your credit / debit card.

Log into your account and create a return request within 7 days from the date of receipt. Make sure your products are unused with the original packaging still intact.
